Our mission is to provide students in the field of Human Resource Development professional networking, leadership development, and social opportunities. We aim to expand upon the skills and networks of each of our members while fostering an inclusive and supportive community to prepare members for life after graduation.

Co-Advisor 

Dr. Mattyna Stephens

Dr. Stephens is the HRD undergraduate program leader and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Administration and Human Resource Development. She serves as the lead advisor for Aggie Students in Human Resource Development. Dr. Stephens is dedicated to the mission of Texas A&M University and the College of Education and Human Development, but most importantly she is fully invested in the success of every student who passes through our program, department, and college.

Co-Advisor

Dr. Rhonda Fowler

Dr. Fowler joined the Department of Educational Administration and Human Resource Development in 2015 where she serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor and the internship coordinator for the HRD and TCMG undergraduate program. She serves as the secondary lead advisor for Aggie Students in Human Resource Development. Currently, she is the Associate Department Head for Undergraduate Affairs. Dr. Fowler’s research focuses on mentoring for underrepresented minority students specifically African American women.
